The Admissions Intelligence Behind Every Great Application

School-specific strategy reports grounded in primary admissions officer sources — showing each student exactly how their target school will evaluate their file and how to build the most compelling application possible.

FOR INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS

We Track What AOs Are Saying So You Can Focus on What You Do Best.

Keeping pace with what admissions officers from highly selective schools are actually saying — across podcasts, conference sessions, published commentary, and institutional communications — while running a full practice is simply not feasible. The landscape shifts constantly, and the most actionable intelligence rarely surfaces through official channels. Admit Source does the tracking, synthesizing, and organizing for you. The result: your students walk into their applications knowing exactly what each school is looking for — and precisely how to deliver it.

What AOs
Actually Say

Every report is grounded in direct admissions officer statements — named, sourced, and attributed. Not blog commentary. Not secondhand synthesis. The actual words of the people reading your students' applications.

Fully Personalized to Each Student

Every report maps your student's actual profile against how this specific school reads, weights, and decides — surfacing exactly where their application coheres and where it doesn't.

Nothing Left Unexamined

Academic rigor. Activities. Major alignment. Essays. Testing. Every dimension AOs evaluate — benchmarked against primary-source intelligence from each individual school.

What Your Students Walk Away With

A 20+ page school-specific strategy report that reads like a briefing from a current admissions officer speaking directly to your student — offering candid, personalized guidance on how to present the most compelling application possible based on who they are and where they stand. Not a generic college guide. Not an AI summary of public information. A document so specific to their situation — and so rich with insider intelligence about how this school evaluates every dimension of an application — that reading it changes what they do next.

Not Opinions. Not Assumptions. Primary Sources.

The admissions intelligence in every Admit Source report comes directly from the people making decisions — named admissions officers speaking on the record in podcasts, conference sessions, institutional communications, and legal testimony. We don't interpret what schools might value. We document what their admissions offices have actually said, synthesize it into a structured framework, and apply it directly to your student's profile. Every database is refreshed annually as new AO commentary, policy shifts, and application cycle data emerge. What your students receive isn't a best guess. It's the closest thing to insider knowledge that primary sources allow.

Inside Every Report

Each Admit Source report covers every dimension of the application your students are building — grounded in what this school's admissions officers have actually said.

  • How this school reads and evaluates applications — step by step, in the AO's own words

  • Supplemental essay strategy — per prompt, with what works, what fails, and what the student should consider

  • Major-evidence alignment audit — whether the student's academics and activities credibly support their declared major

PARENT OF AN APPLICANT

Alicia, Los Angeles

"We felt like we finally understood how Vanderbilt actually makes decisions — not the version on their website, but how they really think about an application. Our daughter went into the process knowing exactly how to present herself. That clarity was worth everything."
